Deprecated Exceptions

org.gridlab.gat.AdaptorNotSelectedException
This Exception will no longer be thrown by GAT adaptors, since an adaptor won't be invoked when it's excluded by the user's preferences.

Deprecated, because there is a race condition here. The job state can change between the call to getState and the call to stop/unSchedule. Use stop instead.
